  • Returns are accepted within 7 days from delivery date
  • Items must be in original packing & unused

  • We will schedule pickup which will be subject to a fee of AED 15 for City Limits & AED 25 for Distant Zones
  • Securely repackage the items, and address return to: Five Trading LLC, 1209 Al Mulla Tower, Al Nadha, Sharjah.
  • Once received & inspected by the store, you will get your refund typically within 48 hours
  • Special offers & promos, Kleen Kits & sale items are non- refundable
